• Explain what products are covered by Medicaid. Our Product Experts will help you select the right products for your child’s needs.

• Contact the doctor for a prescription. We recommend that your child visit his or her doctor before you sign up for services with ActivStyle. Please, let the doctor know you are working with ActivStyle and ask them to help by completing ActivStyle’s prescription request as quickly as possible.

• Process the complicated insurance forms and bill insurance. ActivStyle will remove the burden of complicated insurance forms and insurance billing by doing it for you.
  

• Deliver products to your home in discreet boxes with free delivery.

• Remind you when it is time to reorder each month via your choice of phone, email or text options.
