Get-it-Right Guarantee

We want to make life easier. Our Incontinence Get-it-Right Guarantee* helps ensure you get the right fit and absorbency with your first order. If you don’t know what product type or correct size is needed, we will send samples of different products and sizes for you to try. Whichever one is best will then arrive in your first shipment. If you receive your first order and then realize there are fit or absorbency concerns, we will send you a replacement and/or pick up the first product ordered in accordance with our Return Policy.

Limitations:

• Absorbency does not apply to non-incontinence products and doctors must prescribe catheter sizes so the Get-It-Right Guarantee only applies to incontinence products.
• Some insurance plans only cover certain products and product types.
• ActivStyle is not enrolled in all Medicaid plans or all insurance plans. Please contact an ActivStyle Product Expert to learn what is available in your area.
• ActivStyle carries only certain products and brands.
