• Required prescription. Our team will reach out to your child’s doctor for the required prescription. We recommend that your child visit their doctor before you sign-up for services with ActivStyle. Also, let the doctor know you are working with ActivStyle and ask them to help by completing ActivStyle’s prescription request as quickly as possible.
• Free Samples. Ask about a free product sample for proper fit and performance.^**
• Complicated insurance forms. Our team will reach out to your child’s Medicaid plan to verify coverage and bill insurance on your behalf.
  
• Discreet delivery. We will deliver products right to your home in discreet boxes with free delivery.
• Monthly reorder reminders. We will remind you when it is time to reorder each month via your choice of phone, email, or text options.
