• We will contact the doctor for a prescription. We recommend that your child visit his or her doctor before you sign up for services with ActivStyle. Also, let the doctor know you are working with ActivStyle and ask them to help by completing ActivStyle’s prescription request as quickly as possible.

• We will process the complicated insurance forms.

• We will deliver products to your home in discreet boxes with no-cost delivery.

• Finally, we will remind you when it is time to reorder each month via your choice of phone, email or text options.
